Were do I find the complete scope and sequence for the LLI? I found the link for> LLI Scope & Sequence: an overview of behaviors and understandings to notice, teach, and support as children progress through Levels A through N
But can not find where to access the remaining portion...

Right now, only Levels A - N are available in the LLI systems.
Grade K, Orange System: Levels A - C (available here)
Grade 1, Green System: Levels A - J (available here)
Grade 2, Blue System: Levels C - N (available here)
Grade 3, Red System: Levels L - Q (available October 2012, or pre-order now)
Grade 4, Gold System: Levels O - T (forthcoming)
Grade 5, Purple System: Levels R - W (forthcoming)
Grades 6-8, Teal System: Levels U - Z (forthcoming)
However, that chart is an abbreviated summary of what you'll find in The Continuum of Literacy Learning, which covers all levels, A - Z, in much more useful and nuanced detail than a chart could convey.
